- Account information: name, email address, password, and profile details when you register.
- Billing information: payment card details processed securely by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
- Brewing data: recipes, batch records, inventory, equipment profiles, and other content you create or upload.
- Communications: messages you send us via contact forms, email, or support channels.

- Usage data: pages visited, features used, clicks, and time spent in the application.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account termination, we retain data for up to 30 days to allow for data export, after which it is permanently deleted unless we are legally required to retain it longer.
Anonymised or aggregated data (which cannot identify you) may be retained indefinitely for analytics and product improvement purposes.
